Loading the booking calendar
Consultations are available in Tamil, English and Hindi.
Booking steps
- Choose the service that best matches your situation, or select “I am not sure”.
- Have your background ready: current country, citizenship, status and any deadlines.
- Select an available appointment time from the booking calendar.
- Follow the approved payment instructions supplied by 711 Immigration.
- Receive a confirmation email with appointment and preparation information.

- Full name and email address
- Current country and time zone
- Country of citizenship
- Whether you are currently in Canada, and your current status and expiry date if applicable
- Preferred consultation language
- Any previous Canadian refusals
- Any existing application or upcoming deadline
Please note
Do not enter passport copies, Social Insurance Numbers, UCI numbers, full banking records, medical records or payment card details when booking. Secure documents are requested only when needed, through an appropriate process.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the appointment time, meeting details and preparation instructions. If you need to reschedule or cancel, use the link in the confirmation email.
